Access Development Group, Inc. offers both custom construction and pre-construction services to valued clients in the whole San Francisco Bay Area. Our underlying business philosophy is to go the extra mile in all that we accomplish.

• Coordinate and schedule the work of Design Professionals related to the working drawing

• Prepare the building permit application and the packet for submittal to the local jurisdictions;

• Act as a Liaison with the Building/Planning/Public Works and other necessary Departments within the local jurisdiction;

• During the Plan Check Process - Coordinate the responses from the local jurisdiction with the appropriate design professionals to address their requests for modifications
